Mosaic beach bag
This bag is big enough for any day at the beach! It will easily take your towel, book, phone, water bottle and that all important snack!
It is made from 100% acrylic yarn and has a beautiful cotton lining which has been handsewn in.
I know I made it - but it is rather beautiful and will turn heads as you walk on to the beach. As an aside, and as a rather added bonus, it can be used as a head rest too!!
It is available in a lovely bright pink as well and a royal blue version will be coming shortly.
Summer sun hats
We all have heard the heat from the sun is getting stronger, so it is more important than ever to wear a hat in the summer.
In days gone by, no self-respecting english woman would have been seen in public without a head covering, but that fell out of fashion and now it sometimes feels a little awkward to wear a hat in the summer; we all love a winter beanie, but the summer hat seems a different matter somehow!
These beauties come in a variety of colours and sizes from toddler to adult, and can be made to order; you just need to ask. They are made from recycled cotton so heads will remain cool in the heat of the day and they will scrumple up to fit in beach bags or day bags.
Beanies
Who can resist a fluffy pom-pom? Especially when they are on a baby beanie!
This collection will grow as I add more beanies to it - but as fast as I crochet my beanies they sell out, so It is quite difficult to take photos and upload them to the site!! - not that I am complaining at all - that did sound a little like a complaint didn’t it?
I am happy to crochet a beanie for you in any colour you wish - just ask.
Crochet Kits
Sometimes, I like to buy a gift which has all the elements needed for a project, so the person I am giving it too doesn’t have to go out and buy anything else or scurry round at home looking for those elusive last elements to finish the item. I know I have been given gifts in the past where I have had to do just that and I have never started them!!
So I have devised some kits - just a couple at present, but these will grow.
One is for my Unicorn cushion cover - the kit will come with everything you need to make the cushion - including the cushion pad if you so desire.
The other is a learn to crochet kit - this has a comprehensive instruction booklet, all the equipment you will need and a recipe to make a face cloth and some scrubbies with the new skills you will learn.
